These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the menang29 platform, including the website at menang29.co, all associated mobile applications, and all gaming, betting, and account services offered thereunder. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or placing any wager on menang29.
21+ Age Requirement
The menang29 platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and return of unplayed funds.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active menang29 account. Duplicate accounts may be merged, restricted, or permanently suspended at menang29's sole discretion, with any bonus balances forfeited.
User Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of each menang29 user to ensure that participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. menang29 does not operate under Malaysian domestic regulation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your menang29 login credentials. Keep your password confidential and notify support immediately of any unauthorised account access.
Withdrawals & Funds
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. menang29 reserves the right to verify identity before releasing funds exceeding applicable thresholds.
Prohibited Conduct
Collusion, arbitrage abuse, exploitation of software errors, use of automated betting tools, and any form of fraud will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the menang29 website at menang29.co, creating an account, or placing any wager or game stake through the menang29 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any supplementary rules, product-specific terms, or promotional terms published on menang29.co from time to time ("Platform Rules"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any menang29 service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and menang29 ("Company", "we", "us"). Access to and use of the menang29 platform is conditioned on your continued acceptance and compliance with these Terms in their entirety.
menang29 operates under an internationally recognised gaming authority licence and does not hold a licence issued by any Malaysian domestic authority. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your place of residence. By using menang29, you represent that you have made this determination independently and are satisfied with its conclusion.
2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the menang29 platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 or older. menang29 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts of users found to be under 21 will be closed immediately and any winnings arising therefrom shall be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account. Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on menang29. The registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, menang29 may, in its absolute discretion, close one or all accounts and forfeit associated bonus balances.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. menang29 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions. menang29 does not knowingly accept registrations from users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law. You represent that you are not located in, or accessing the platform from, a restricted jurisdiction. A current list of restricted jurisdictions is available in the menang29 Help Centre.
2.5 Verification (KYC). menang29 may require you to submit identity documents including a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, and source of funds. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. This process is conducted in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards.
3 Account Management
3.1 Credentials. Your menang29 login credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with or disclosed to any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
3.2 Security Breach. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify menang29 immediately via 24/7 live chat or by contacting support at [email protected]. menang29 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use that occur before you notify us of the compromise.
3.3 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your menang29 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification checks. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonuses will be forfeited on account closure.
3.4 Suspension and Termination by menang29. menang29 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory non-compliance, or where required to do so by applicable law or licensing obligations.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency
4.1 Accepted Currency. All transactions on the menang29 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). menang29 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion costs, where applicable due to the user's payment provider, are the sole responsibility of the user.
4.2 Payment Methods. menang29 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice. menang29 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
4.3 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount on menang29 is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise specified in applicable promotional terms. menang29 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion with reasonable notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within thirty (30) minutes for e-wallet methods and within one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable identity verification. menang29 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 Source of Funds. By depositing on menang29, you warrant that the funds deposited are lawfully obtained and are not derived from any illegal activity. menang29 may require documentation evidencing source of funds for deposits or withdrawals that exceed applicable thresholds.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed dormant. menang29 may levy a monthly dormant account administration fee of RM 10 on dormant account balances to cover administrative costs, after providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address.
5 Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Product Rules. Each product available on menang29 — including the sportsbook, casino, slots, and esports betting sections — is governed by its own set of product-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the relevant product only.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets and wagers placed on menang29 are subject to acceptance at the Company's discretion. A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation notice on-screen and/or in your bet history. menang29 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after placement, where there are reasonable grounds to do so.
5.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software or display error resulting in an incorrect price, payout, or odds being offered, menang29 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings attributed to manifest errors in odds, prices, or paylines shall not be honoured.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by menang29 at any time, including in respect of individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
5.5 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be voided. menang29 does not guarantee continuous availability of live betting markets and accepts no liability for service interruptions during live events.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers available on menang29 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Users must read and accept these terms before claiming any promotional offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not available for withdrawal. menang29 reserves the right to modify wagering requirements applicable to active bonuses where evidence of bonus abuse is identified.
6.3 One Promotion Per User. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion on menang29 may be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
6.4 Expiry. Promotional offers not claimed within the stated validity period will expire and cannot be reinstated. Bonus balances not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from the account automatically.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the menang29 platform. Breach of this clause will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform;
- Engaging in any form of collusion or match-fixing, or placing bets with knowledge of match-fixing arrangements;
- Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage;
- Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome using menang29 promotional funds;
- Laundering money or deposits derived from criminal activity through the menang29 platform;
- Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity during registration or KYC;
- Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location;
- Sharing your account credentials or allowing any third party to operate your account on your behalf.
menang29 employs active fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. All accounts and transactions are subject to ongoing review. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be suspended pending investigation. menang29 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation and prosecution of fraud.
8 Responsible Gaming
8.1 Commitment. menang29 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward users seriously. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every user account dashboard, at no cost.
8.2 Available Tools. The following tools are available to all menang29 account holders:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spend. Changes that reduce a limit take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications reminding you of your session duration and cumulative stake.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict account access for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 months).
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely self-exclude from the menang29 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the selected exclusion period.
8.3 Problem Gambling. 8.4 Age Verification. menang29 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. The platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.
9 Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership. All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and materials available on the menang29 platform — including the menang29 name and logo — are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence. menang29 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any menang29 content.
9.3 Prohibited Use. You may not copy, scrape, frame, deep-link, or otherwise extract any content from the menang29 platform for commercial purposes. Use of any menang29 trademark or branding without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10 Limitation of Liability
10.1 No Guarantee of Availability. The menang29 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. menang29 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to its platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, network outages, third-party service failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of menang29 to any user in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Consequential Loss. menang29 expressly excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of the platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
10.4 User Decisions. All betting and gaming decisions made on the menang29 platform are made by the user at the user's sole risk. menang29 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform.
11 Governing Law & Disputes
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the menang29 platform shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which menang29 holds its gaming licence. The application of conflict of laws rules is excluded.
11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and menang29, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. The menang29 support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat.
11.3 Arbitration. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may escalate the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body specified in menang29's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
11.4 Complaints. Users who remain unsatisfied following arbitration may escalate a complaint to menang29's licensing authority through the applicable regulator's dispute resolution mechanism. Details of the relevant licensing authority are available on request from menang29 customer support.
12 Amendments to These Terms
12.1 Right to Amend. menang29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments materially affect user rights, menang29 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the menang29 platform.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the menang29 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any applicable product-specific rules and promotional terms published on menang29.co, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the menang29 platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements.
